How it fits together

What a school day looks like on EDMS

The office, the teachers and the parents work from the same records, so each step feeds the next without anyone re-typing it.

  1. 7:50 am

The register is taken on the teacher’s phone

Class 7 B, first period. Twenty-seven present, two absent. If there is no signal in the science block, the register waits on the phone and sends itself later.

  2. 8:10 am

Parents of absent children hear from the school

Twenty minutes after the register, each absent child’s parent gets a WhatsApp message from the school’s own number. A late arrival marked present within that window never triggers one.

  3. 11:30 am

Fees are taken at the counter and online

The accountant finds a student by name or by scanning their card, sees every voucher and takes the payment. Parents who pay from a bank app, JazzCash or Easypaisa are marked paid automatically, with the receipt issued.

Built for Pakistan

Made for how schools in Pakistan run

The paperwork your office already knows, without the paper.

Vouchers any bank can collect

Every voucher carries a 16-digit consumer number, so parents can pay from any bank app through 1LINK bill payment, or through JazzCash and Easypaisa. The payment lands on the right voucher by itself.

Urdu where it matters

Use the whole app in Urdu, and print leaving and character certificates with Urdu text. Each certificate has a QR code anyone can scan to check it is genuine.

Family vouchers and sibling discounts

One voucher per family for the month, second- and third-child discounts applied by your rules, and late fees that never fine the same voucher twice.

Branded SMS through local providers

When WhatsApp is not an option, send SMS under your school’s mask through a local aggregator. Each message is priced before it is sent, with a daily limit you set.

Security

Your school’s records stay yours

Student records, fees and salaries are the most sensitive data a school holds. This is how we look after them.

Each school’s data kept apart

Schools never share records. We test it by pointing one school’s owner account at another school’s students, fees and staff: every read, edit and delete is refused.

Permissions that match the job

Accountants, teachers, librarians and the front desk each see only what their role needs, down to individual campuses.

A record of every change

Who created, edited or deleted what, and when, with the values before and after.

Daily backups

The whole database is backed up every day, and a school’s full data can be exported on request.

Credentials handled properly

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. SMS, WhatsApp and payment credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown back in full.

Getting started

Switching to EDMS is the easy part

You don’t need an IT person. We set the system up together with your office team, then train the people who will use it.

  1. 1

A demo built around your school

We walk through the system using your classes, sections and fee heads, so you see your own school rather than a sample.

  2. 2

    Your records, imported

Send your student list as an Excel sheet. It is checked row by row, and you see every problem before anything is saved.

  3. 3

Fees and staff set up with your office

Fee structures, discounts, opening balances and staff logins are set up together with your office team.

  4. 4

    Training, then go live

Office staff and teachers get hands-on training. Parents get the app and their first messages from the school.

FAQ

Questions schools ask

What kind of schools use it?

Schools, colleges and academies, from a single campus with a few hundred students to groups with several campuses. Each campus can have its own staff logins, cash books and reports.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Office staff use it in a web browser on any computer. Teachers and parents can also use the mobile app. There are no servers to look after, and updates arrive without any work on your side.

Can we bring our existing records?

Yes. Students and parents import from an Excel or CSV sheet; the system checks every row and shows you the problems before anything is saved. We help with fee structures and opening balances during setup.

How do the WhatsApp messages work?

The school links its own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code in settings. Absence alerts, fee reminders, results and announcements are then sent from that number, spaced out rather than in one burst, and each message shows whether it was delivered and read.

Does the app work without internet?

Attendance does. A teacher can mark a register with no signal; it is stored on the phone and sent automatically when the connection returns. Other screens need a connection.

Who can see our school’s data?

Only the people your school gives a login to, and only what their role allows. Each school’s data is kept apart from every other school’s, every change is logged, and the database is backed up daily.

Can parents pay fees online?

Yes. Each voucher has a consumer number that parents can pay from their bank’s app through 1LINK bill payment, and you can also accept JazzCash and Easypaisa with the school’s own merchant account. Payments are matched to the voucher and receipted automatically, and bank deposits can be matched by importing your bank statement.

Is it available in Urdu?

Yes. Every user can switch the interface to Urdu, and certificates can be printed with Urdu text. The app also works in Arabic, French, Hindi and Bengali.

How is EDMS priced?

By school size and the modules you need. Every plan includes setup, data import and training. See the pricing page, or ask us for a quote for your school.
